|
Candidates having disabilities OA, OL, OAOL, CP, AAV, DW, LC, MDy, AU, ID, SLD (40% TO 100%) LV, AND HH (40% TO 70%) can apply. The candidates possessing other than the prescribed physical disabilities are not eligible to apply.

Essential/Desirable Qualificaiton
|
Possess,(i) A degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (BVSc & AH) or a degree in Veterinary Science or Animal Husbandry (BVSc or AH) from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other Educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; and have been recognized under Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984; (C) the basic knowledge of Computer Application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967; and (D) adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both. (E) Candidate appointed by direct selection shall get himself registered with the Gujarat Veterinary Council or Veterinary Council of India statutory bodies established under the Indian Veterinary Council Act,1984 at the time of making the application; if he/she is not so registered.
