Essential/Desirable Qualificaiton
|
(i) A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or (II)A diploma in Mechanical Engineering obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such by the Government or declared as deemed to be a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; 2. Possess the basic knowledge of computer applications as prescribed in the Guj. Civil Services Classification&Recruitment (General) Rules,1967; and 3. Possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.

Experience(If any) Description
|
I).For a Degree A)have about two years exp. on the post not below the rank of Junior Technical Asst,Cl-3,in the subordinate service of the Commissionerate of Labour;or B)have about two years exp. of working as a Mech. Engineer, out of which,about one year combined or separate exp. in design or construction or repairs or operation or maintenance of land boilers and allied stream engines or turbines in the govt. or local bodies or Govt. undertaking Board or Corporation or Industrial Org.; II) For a Diploma A)have about five years experience on the post not below the rank of Junior Technical Asst,Cl-3, in the subordinate service of the Commissionerate of Labour;Or(B)have about five years experience of working as a Mech. Engineer,out of which,about three years combined or separate exp. in design or construction or repairs or operation or maintenance of land boilers and allied stream engines or turbines in the govt or local bodies or Govt undertaking Board or Corporation or Industrial Org;
