Out of above mentioned posts 01 post is reserved for candidates who have a disability of B or LV (40%-70%). But those candidates who have disabilities of D, HH (HH- 40% to 70%), BL, BA, OL, OA, BLA, OAL, CP, BLOA, LC, DW, AAV- Acid Attack Victims, AS

Essential/Desirable Qualificaiton
|
1. possess a bachelor's degree in law (Special) or L.L.B. (three years) or Degree in Law (Integrated) of five years course obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India: or any other educational institution recognised as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; Explanation: "Legal Matters" means all work relating to drafting of legal notice, affidavit, parawise remarks etc. filing of suits, appeals, providing opinion, briefing the concerned Law Officer or Advocate for the concerned court case pending before various courts. 2. Possess the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Service Classification and Recruitment Rules, 1967; 3. Possess adequate knowledge of English and Gujarati or Hindi or both.

Experience(If any) Description
|
1. Have about three years of active and continuous experience as an advocate and such experience certificate shall be certified in case of an advocate practicing in the High Court, by the Registrar General of the High Court and in other case by the Presiding Officer of the concerned Court or the Tribunal where he practices as an advocate or 2. have about three years experience of legal matters in the Government/Local Bodies/ Government undertaking/ Board/Corporation/Limited Companies established under the Companies Act, 2013 or a University.

Any Other Conditions
|
(1) Selection to the posts of unreserved Category and posts reserved for women candidates thereof Shall be made on the basis of marks obtained in the selection process by the candidates of respective categories and also women candidates of that category and on the basis of qualifying standard prescribed by the commission keeping in view to maintain the efficiency of respective cadre/service.
(2) The candidates belonging to the reserved category can apply for the vacancy for Unreserved Category but the criteria will be applicable as per Unreserved Category.
